We understand families are busy and are committed to providing therapy that is accessible and convenient.

"Speech therapy with Nicole has been a wonderful experience. She is very knowledgeable, patient, creative, and enthusiastic. She keeps us informed and active in my son’s progress with home practice and feedback. Nicole also makes learning fun, a key ingredient for consistent weekly therapy with a five-year-old! My son looks forward to the sessions and said, 'I like working with Mrs. Herring because I get to play games!' We are very happy with his progress."

- Mary C., Parent

"Nicole Herring came highly recommended to our family and, within her first session with our three-year-old son, I understood why. Nicole is highly skilled and proficient, which is evidenced by the amazing progress my son made in only 4 months. What I was most impressed by, however, is the level of patience, flexibility, and care she demonstrated with my son. Nicole is a true professional and clearly put a lot of time and energy into preparing for the therapy sessions each week and creatively adapting her approach to fit my son's needs. She went above and beyond for our family, and I would recommend her to anyone!"

Services

Therapy is provided in the exact place a child will be using and practicing their new skills ~ their home, daycare, preschool, or private school setting.

Evaluations

Evaluations take place in the home and typically last 1-1.5 hours. They will include informal assessment and observations, parent interview, and formal standardized assessments when needed. The evaluation process allows us to collect baseline information to develop an understanding of your child's skills, challenges, and preferences. The results of the evaluations will then be used to establish therapy goals that are individualized to your child's needs and your family's priorities. Following the assessment, you will receive a written report.

Therapy

Sessions are tailored to meet your child’s needs.  All sessions require an evaluation or screening prior to scheduling. Sessions can be 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60 minutes.
